PEP-RJ is an affiliate professional association within the Union for Reform Judaism. PEP-RJ brings together professionals who focus on programming, member engagement and communications.

We offer regular online networking and learning opportunities. From brainstorming programming ideas to learning best practices, from sharing resources on small groups to talking about trends in communication, PEP-RJ members benefit throughout the year. Once a year, we gather in person for a conference to learn, share, and network in more depth.
